A voracious and inquisitive eater and explorer,  I’m always on for the latest food trend to try or the next destination to explore.

From Australia to Asheville, from Belfast to Boston and from Langkawi to London where I live and work, I’ve covered all kinds of destinations and experiences for magazines, newspapers and websites. 

And I love interviewing chefs and foodies – from the fabulous Frances Quinn of GBBO to the producers at Tio Pepe - as well as doing restaurant reviews, food round-ups and writing about some of my own cooking adventures too.
